For several years I have begged her to let me market her secret cherry pie recipe. Needless to say Mom has refused to give up her secrets...until now.

Approximately 50 years ago my Mother created a wonderful old fashion cherry pie recipe and pie crust design. Over the years we have received very nice comments from friends, family and strangers at picnics or pitch-ins who taste her pie for the first time. They will tell her "This is the best cherry pie I have ever tasted." Many have said "I wish I had a camera so I could take a picture. This pie is just beautiful." A few have said, "Do I have to cut it?" Someone will always mention how tender and flaky the crust is. Unfortunately, she did not create this recipe but, she does have her own special way of mixing the ingredients together.
